Booking
All bookings will need to be submitted on the Official Booking Form. A non-refundable 25% deposit will be required on confirmation of the booking.

Balance Payment
The balance will be due 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. If the balance is not received within 7 days of the due date Tregiffian Holidays reserves the right to cancel the accommodation. Full balance will be required for bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance. 

Method of Payment
Payments may be made by:-
             1) Cheque made payable to C L Lawrence
             2) PayPal

Eligibility
We do not allow any pets or smoking in the Farmhouse.

Duration and Times of Letting
Checking in will commence from 4pm on the first day and end at 10am on the last day.

Key Collection and return
Key collection will be arranged at the time of booking.

The Tenant Agrees
            1) To keep and leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy state.
            2) To pay for any breakages and damage.
            3) Not to cause a nuisance to neighbours.
            4) Not to exceed the total number of people it sleeps as detailed in the accomodation description.
